Bonjour à tous,
Dans notre article précédent sur la collaboration avec Zoho One, nous avons déjà vu comment Zoho One vous permet de collaborer à différents niveaux. A présent, nous allons découvrir comment Zoho Projects vous permet de collaborer au niveau des projets.

Pourquoi avez-vous besoin d'un outil de gestion de projets collaboratif ?
Un outil de gestion de projet, comme son nom l’indique, permet à une entreprise de planifier un travail et de suivre la gestion des tâches qui le composent. En effet, d'un projet découlent nombre d'étapes et de tâches à chacune d'elles, ce qui demandent forcément de l'organisation de la part des membres de l'équipe à qui elles sont assignées. Le manque d'organisation, de communication et de rigueur est ce qui compromet le projet : doublon de personnes sur une tâche (manque de communication), personne sur une autre (manque d'organisation), ou tâche non mise à jour ou en retard (manque de rigueur)... nombreux sont ces petits couacs qui en définitivement font perdre en temps, énergie et motivation.
