Community Digest: Samenvatting van November 2021



Beste Community leden,

We gaan morgen alweer de laatste maand van 2021 in, en dat betekent dat het tijd is om terug te kijken op de maand November. Deze Community Digest is een samenvatting van wat er in de afgelopen maand is gebeurd binnen de Zoho Dutch Community.

Deze maand zat vol met tips & tricks voor verschillende Zoho producten. Allereerst begonnen we met de tweede tip voor Zoho Desk: Alle activiteiten onder één tabblad. Waarbij Zoho Desk als "krachtige applicatie" werd beschreven door één van de Top Contributors van ons Community Forum.

Heb jij inmiddels al een eigen BOT gecreëerd in Cliq? Naast het instellen van een welkom bericht, legden wij dit ook uit in onze eerste tip voor Cliq.

Daarnaast gaven we de 10 beste redenen om Zoho CRM te gebruiken. Met de nieuwste Canvas-functie kun je jouw CRM volledig aanpassen naar jouw wensen. Bekijk hier de Canvas webinar.

Wist je dat je vragen kunt stellen en ideeën kunt delen via het Community Forum? Vorige maand hebben wij de eerste vragen mogen ontvangen, waarbij er al snel werd gereageerd vanuit de Community. Stel vooral meer vragen aan de Community en deel je Zoho ervaringen, zodat we van elkaar kunnen leren!
