Zoho CRM now brings a comprehensive Writing Assistant powered by Zia, designed to help users write clear, concise, and polished texts, for sending emails in CRM.

Why you need writing assistant

Communicating effectively is critical in sales and customer management. Zia's writing assistant goes beyond basic spell check by offering suggestions for grammar, punctuation, writing style, and overall readability. This ensures that every write-up reflects professionalism and clarity.
  • Spelling and grammar suggestions: Automatically detect and correct errors in real time.
  • Writing style improvements: Get recommendations to improve readability and structure.
  • Ease of reading analysis: Evaluate the simplicity and effectiveness of your text for better communication.
The Writing Assistant helps you analyze and enhance text in the email compose window by identifying grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors and providing suggestions to improve sentence structure and clarity.
