FSM trying again

have not linked FSM yet to the rest of out Zoho suit. It certainly looks like the apointment and service part is more manageable for our staff. 
The question is that our engineers multi task
examples
1. deliver products to customers not fitted
2. Service existing machinery
3. install new machinery

1. This will have been ordered over the phone or on the web and our office staff want to schedule it in. Normally processes in Books.
2. Great in FSM
3. this will have started as a sales funnel in CRM and then finally after the sale has been made the office will schedule an install date. 

Ultimately the engineer needs one great app diary(hopefully FSM) to rule them all.

is this all possible
