Quickly migrate attachments to Zoho CRM without having to restart the process multiple times

Hello everyone,

Customers often want to transfer all their data and attachments to Zoho CRM when they're switching CRMs (or moving from one Zoho CRM org to another). Admins use the built-in import tool to perform these migrations.

There's a common source of friction in this process: When you need to migrate a large number of attachments but hit Zoho CRM's limits, you have to re-run the entire migration process multiple times to get all your attachments in place.

This is time-consuming and also leads to fragmented entries in your import history logs.

We've simplified this process: You can now continue a migration by uploading skipped attachments without starting over—no need to reupload the attachments CSV or start a new migration. You can repeat this multiple times until all your attachments are in place.

Here's a quick demo:

Note: To keep the demo straightforward and easy to follow, we intentionally used small, zipped attachment files, even though real-world scenarios may involve larger or multiple files.

With this new flow, you'll have one unified import history entry, making it easier to track your migrations.
