Hi!

As a Zoho Mail Only user, let me say the Streams feature for Team collaboration is very effective except when a group member needs to manage the  email rules to archive, delete, or scrub emails. The current UI requires that a member from the team first open the email to see any function that will allow the team to REMOVE the email from the Streams which forces every email to be registered as OPENED. 

There is no way to state these emails are spam as well without first opening them which only encourages spammers to keep spamming the group email. 

Please allow Group Streams to have SPAM, SCRUB, DELETE, and ARCHIVE features enabled so one or a group of emails can be selected and properly assigned one of the above functions without requiring the email to be opened.

Finally, as a prior Microsoft Outlook user, it pains me to understand why the Group Inbox and the Members' Individual Inbox gets notifications and emails in both the Stream and In the Individuals Inbox.  A notification within the Group inbox will suffice for email Management. Crowding my inbox with EVERY group stream email is overwhelming and causes Individual Inbox clutter. If I setup a rule to Manage these emails, I am also going to impact the team member's as well. Hos is this beneficial for everyone?
