Wombat dialer, Yeastar P-Series, Zoho integration issue

i have a Yeastar P-series integrated with zoho, integration works fine except for calls generated by Wombat predictive dialer, it doesnt show customer caller ID, however in the thirdapp.log in yesterday, Zoho can detect the call but it doesnt pop-up to the agents
when i use the recommended setup by Wombat and Yeastar (using one of the extensions dialplan) the caller ID on Zoho pop-up appears as the extension used for dial plan. i have a workaround now by sending the call outside yeastar to a pbx which do a blind forwarding back again to yeastar in this scenario everything works fine but i am impacted with number of concurrent calls, and the call events/logging now is distributed across two pbxs

the whole functionality works fine except for calls generated by Wombat dialer
Please advise where to look
