Zoho’s Utter Neglect of Simple Fixes – No Font Size 11 in Emails? Seriously?

Zoho’s Utter Neglect of Simple Fixes – No Font Size 11 in Emails? Seriously?

We have been using Zoho CRM, and while we appreciate many of its features, it is mind-blowing how they continue to ignore the most basic, industry-standard features that every other CRM has implemented years ago.

Take this simple example: Zoho CRM does not offer font size 11 when sending emails.
Instead, they skip from 8 to 10 to 12, completely ignoring the fact that 11pt is the standard in the U.S. for professional documents and emails.

Why is this a problem?

Every Major Platform Uses 11pt – Microsoft Word, Outlook, Google Docs, and even competing CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive all default to 11pt for a reason.

Formatting Consistency is Impossible – If you're using Zoho CRM to send emails, the lack of an 11pt option means you either send too-small (10pt) or too-large (12pt) text, making your messages look unprofessional when received in Outlook, Gmail, or any other email client.

It’s an EASY Fix – We are not asking for some revolutionary AI-powered CRM feature. We’re asking Zoho to add one single font size that every other CRM already has.

Why Does Zoho Ignore Basic Issues Like This?

This is just one of many examples where Zoho refuses to address easy, logical fixes that would improve user experience overnight. Instead, they continue to push bloated redesigns like the "CRM for Everyone" UI update, which many users (myself included) find cluttered and inefficient.

How hard is it to add font size 11? Why does Zoho ignore obvious usability improvements that real users need while chasing flashy updates no one asked for?

Zoho users deserve better. They need to prioritize customer requests instead of making arbitrary design choices that make workflows worse.
