Zoho Mail not working. Constant OTP

Firstly, my emails have been playing up for over a year. They are struggling to send and I have to press Send a few time to make them going. They mostly hover with a loading note saying Sending. I emailed Zoho and they got it working, but now it is doing the same thing again, and again, and again. It also takes hours to receive any emails. 

Secondly, every time I try to log in, it says it doesn't recognise my password. I have to send an OTP. Of course, it only gives 20 secs to respond, but the code won't show up for hours. I have to log into my emails through Crazy Domains to access the OTP in time.

Its one thing after another. Zoho mail through the CRM seems completely unuseable. If sending through the app, the app has to be kept open or several minutes to make the email send. Whats going on?
