Can users unsubscribe from the current list but stay on others?
We have a monthly newsletter and a weekly update. When I test the unsubscribe link I am presented with the following screen, implying ALL communication will halt. Hi, I can no longer send a test to my email at my office or my co-workers account. I also set up a test group to deploy the campaign as a test. After I sent to the test group (these two emails and my gmail account) the email only showed up in my gmail account. Is this because I need to authenticate the email with a SPF or DKIM? Thank you.
Sending Quarterly Emails
A lot of our processes work on a quarterly (every 3 months) cycle, and we'd like to use campaigns to send emails based on that. I'd like the option to send (the same) emails every three months. I was hoping that the cyclical autoresponder would allow that, but it seems to only allow "every 1 month", not "every x months". Quarterly is also not an option. Given this, what's the best work-around?

Emails sent out by Zoho Campaigns seem to be blocked by spam filters because the 'envelope-from' setting in the header address is not correct. With 'Reply Tracking' disabled, and 'Sender Address' and 'Reply-To' addresses set to the same email address, and senders domain and email correctly authenticated, ZC uses a '.....[@]zcsend.net' email address in the 'envelope-from' field instead of the Sender Address. This seems to be picked up by spam filters and blocked. Can this be fixed?
