Autoresponder not working
I can't get the autoresponder to work at all. The test contact comes in successfully and gets added to the right list, but the autoresponder is NOT sending emails. When I check the report, under Denied Contacts, it lists all the new test contacts under
can't add contacts
I have tried importing contacts from a file, but it doesn't work. My file has just 3 fields: first name,last name,email address When I put that header at the top of the file it won't import. I have tried .csv .xls and .xlsx. None worked. What exactly should the header be in order for this to work. I have also tried selecting fields in the map fields page, but that didn't work either.

We just update our email associate with our account in zoho crm and zoho campaign. Our problem right now is in the Zoho Campaign Settings-> integrations the email there is the previous email that we used. I checked in Campaigns and it seems like all currency fields were set as long integer or text. I tried creating a custom field but there is no currency field. I am not seeing a currency field option and I need to add a merge tag for a dollar amount. I want it to be formatted with commas like $1,000.25 instead of 1000.25. I used the long integer option and that does not work. Please help!

Hi, I was just told by Zoho Support that a contact cannot go through the same workflow twice, but I'm having a really hard time believing that. Hello I recently sent some test e-mail campaigns to internal company colleagues. Owing to some e-mail authentication issues with our company domain, these internal contacts have bounced three times and have been added to a hard bounce list, meaning I can no longer send e-mail campaigns to them. Now that the domain authentication issues have been resolved, I need to be able to send e-mail campaigns to my internal colleagues, but the system will not let me because of the contacts' hard bounce status.
Campaign export, do NOT create password by default.
This is a nuisance. Someone answered it relates to GDPR. But it is the only place in entire Zoho it does this. And the solution for that would be stating we are under GEPR. I end up having to resend so many exports (to my own computer for my own use)
