Why Are Campaigns Going To Spam
When I test an email campaign the test email goes to my spam folder. It did not do this before. But now all my test emails go to spam. I have never marked these as spam in my email and there is nothing in the content that should make an email provider think that it is spam. Gmail Marks the email with this message "Why is this message in Spam? We've found that lots of messages from zcsend.net are spam." Has zcsend.net been blacklisted? I am concerned that this will happen to all emails I send in this

Hi, Does anyone know if there's a way from Flow to be able to update the tags set against a contact in Zoho Campaigns? I've had a good google and turned up nothing so far. I can set CRM tags, but CRM sync can only happen a limited number of times per month - and wouldn't get triggered anyway with just updating tags in CRM, and I;m not sure Campaigns would see the tags anyway. Autoresponder not working

I have tried importing contacts from a file, but it doesn't work. My file has just 3 fields: first name,last name,email address When I put that header at the top of the file it won't import. I have tried .csv .xls and .xlsx. None worked. What exactly should the header be in order for this to work. I have also tried selecting fields in the map fields page, but that didn't work either.

Hello I recently sent some test e-mail campaigns to internal company colleagues. Owing to some e-mail authentication issues with our company domain, these internal contacts have bounced three times and have been added to a hard bounce list, meaning I can no longer send e-mail campaigns to them. Now that the domain authentication issues have been resolved, I need to be able to send e-mail campaigns to my internal colleagues, but the system will not let me because of the contacts' hard bounce status.

This is a nuisance. Someone answered it relates to GDPR. But it is the only place in entire Zoho it does this. And the solution for that would be stating we are under GEPR. I end up having to resend so many exports (to my own computer for my own use)
