How do I sync CRM deals with multiple contacts?
We have deals in CRM that we link multiple contacts to. When I sync my deals to Campaigns, I'm only retrieving primary contacts. How do I make sure I'm getting all my contacts? Images load properly the FIRST time but not afterwards
This is quite frustrating because it's SO close to working correctly! It starts out fine. If I start a campaign, put in images, resize them correctly, and send it out - it looks great. Is it possible to create a blacklist? I have some individuals (competitors) that occasionally try to register onto my lists, I'd like to prevent them from doing so. When using autoresponders in workflows, when would it be best to segment a list rather than to create a separate list and add or move a contact to the second list? Some situations: 1. Added email address to existing list - how to resend campaign?
Good morning, I created a mailing list, sent a campaign, and now realized I missed adding an email address. I added it to the mailing list but now I'm not able to resend the campaign to that ONE address - instead it only allows me to send it to the whole list. Now, I did try to exclude the others by selecting the "exclude" area and selecting the titles of the previous campaigns - oddly enough it does remove some email address but it also removes the new one and leaves some of the others on the list
