Best way to notify groups on Customers
On our current help desk tool (Kayako) we are able to send out an email notification to a group of Contacts. We use this primarily when there are a number of Contacts impacted by an immediate issue and are able to keep the up to date as we resolve it. What is the best way to accomplish this in Desk? Emails sent from Campaigns look great everywhere except Microsoft Outlook
I'm new to Zoho and trying not to go crazy. I have created a template and my header and footer look fantastic - the email looks great when I send it to Gmail, Yahoo, when I open it in my personal email provider's web portal, and even on my iPhone. The emails I send to my work email and open in Outlook are completely screwed up. Of course my boss(es) only see this horrilble Outlook version....what gives?! Exclude individual contacts from a campaign
Hi there, We have a main mailing list set up for all our our subscribers. When someone has donated to our organization, we'd like to exclude them from the list in subsequent emails that make the same donation ask. How do we do this? When I clicked "exclude contacts" on the mail screen it only gives me the option to exclude contacts who we have sent previous campaigns. I need to exclude certain individual contacts. Please advise. Automated Email Workflow based on no responses
I'm trying to set up the following situation. We have inbound leads. I'd like to have an email sent automatically after we (manually) add the lead to Zoho CRM. Then if that email is not responded to, I'd like to automatically send a follow up email in 3 days. And again, if no response, I'd like to send one more email 4 days after that. IF we get a response at any point though, I'd like to automatically stop the workflow.

Hello, In Campaigns, we create a new campaign, we select a template from Zoho library, we make some changes and we save it as a new template. Then we create another campaign and select the last created template we made. At this point we cannot modify this one anymore, the text cursor never appears so we cannot modify these templates.
