Correct Way to Insert Merge Tags in Links
I'm using Zoho Campaigns and Survey. I need to create a link to the survey in the email and I also am using custom Unsubscribe copy so I need to be able to create a link for that as well. I know the tags are $[ZC:SURVEYURL]$ and $[LI:UNSUBSCRIBE]$. Email Address Updated in CRM not updating in Contacts
If this was in another Topic, I apologize for the repeat. I am syncing contacts from the CRM to our Campaign account, and noticed when we are changing the email address in Zoho CRM, it is creating a duplicate contact in our Zoho Campaign account. Example: CRM Lead email address changed from rebecca@abc.com is changed to Sean@abc.com, will end up being 2 different contacts. Is there a way to have the email address deleted in Zoho Campaigns, if it was changed in the CRM?

When asking email recipients to register their details for a campaign, can I get Zoho Campaigns to pre-fill the form with their contact details upon landing on our website page? It would be much easier for mobile recipients (well, everyone really) if the form was prefilled from the recipient's details on file.

Hi There, We sometimes add the update your profile link to an email campaign. When somebody hits that button, he is send another email with a link to the update profile page. This seems to be a very redundant step. Please let me know how to work around this problem towards a more user friendly methode where people can be linked to their update profile page more directly.
