A client granted admin credentials for his 3 fb pages, but when I go to make a new post campaign is not showing this 3 new pages... I tried refreshing and login out and in again but is not adding the 3 new pages,.... any advise on this problem??? thanks!
button in template drives autoresponder
I wish to create a button inside of the template which will drive an autoresponder, the only issue is the button requires a website address. Is there another way to have this work. Senerio first email goes out - customer wants more information need a way to trigger the autoresponder.
Few Question - Zoho Campaigns
In a trial send - Some issues 1) I seem to get the.com emails, but not the .net - checked spam/junk - not there - report shows sent no bounce. i do get the mails when sent as a Test 2) Once a campaign is reviewed and sent, if one needs to edit or make slight changes, is the only way to do so by cloning? 3) Can the embedded videos be played in the same video/email? Last month I enrolled for Zoho Campaigns Free Plan wherein I get 12,000 emails free every month This month when I'm trying to send - it has I dont have email credits whereas I have not sent emails this month The free 12000 emails have not been credited in my account. Please guide

Images are not showing up in campaign - HELP!!
QUESTION - very frustrated here. Two issues: 1 - I have sent 8 campaigns successfully to date with no issues. Today I have had problems. In each campaign I have uploaded the same image with my business logo. Today, when creating the content, I upload the logo image. It shows in the preview version, but when I do a test email, the images do not show up. I've tried about 7 times to no avail. The logo image is zipped etc but is not working. Campaigns - Hard Bounce. How do you research this?
In the past, I could research a hard bounce and look at the detailed bounce message. Now I can't find the link to do this research. In the past, I would look at a campaign report. Then click on BOUNCES & AUTO REPLIES. There was then a button for "SHOW DETAIL". The button is gone! How can I research hard bounce? The messages typically would tell me if the user is no longer employed, bad e-mail name, etc.?
Sign Up - Embed Form does not show Html Code...
Hello, I tried to Embed the Sign up Form, but the Html-Code is not shown. I just see the preview (I use the latest chrome browser and firefox browser). I intend on running a 30 day training newsletter program for anyone signing up on my website. With Zoho campaigns how do I configure it so that on a particular day after sign up a pre-defined email goes out through auto-responder. E.g. if a subscriber signsup on 1st Jan & a second one signs-up on 7th, then a same template goes out on D+1(where D= signup date), another one on D+3, and so forth irrespective of the signup date of the subscriber.

Emailings created from Zoho campaigns sent to SPAMS in Outlook: Why ?
Hello everyone, We're trying to create a mailing campaign for mid-august in our company. But after few tests using Zoho campaigns, sending our mailings, they've been all put on SPAMs in Outlook. And we don't know why... My colleague did a test one month ago using the same process and using his or other contacts from Outlook and it worked. But now its automatically put on SPAMS... Does this issue happen to some of you before ? Any clue for how can we solve this problem ? Thank you for your help :)

when randomly asked, it seems more like 90% never got the email. This happened to us last Thursday, January 8th. A newsletter was send out to 101 people, including a few of our own editors. NONE received the mail. We checked some other people on the list and they too never received anything. I would have put this to you as a feedback question, but that feature never works. Custom Merge Tags
In Campaigns, I am trying to use a Custom Merge Tag to put the Company Name in an email subject. $[UD:ACCOUNTNAME|Your Firm|]$ works for Account Contacts but not for Leads. I also tried $[UD:COMPANYNAME|Your Firm|]$ and it didn't work. There is a section for Custom Contact Tags, but in CRM Leads are not Contacts? Is there a solution?

Highlighting no longer works as before...
When viewing campaign results, I often follow up with those that clicked through or viewed the email several times. When making a call and getting some positive outcome, I used to highlight the row of text in the display. copy it, go to Zoho CRM, create a lead, paste the line into the Notes and then cut/paste the individual data items (First name, Surname, email, phone, etc) into their respective fields. I used to be able to export my my template into an html editor and then back again... But now, with this version, the source does not appear to transfer very well.. :( Any ideas? P.
New Display in Campaigns
Hi Guys, Under the old display system, when showing Emails Opened, for example, I could see all the five columns I needed to see - email, first name, second name, company, phone. Now,with this new display, I can only see four - I don't see the phone number any more! I know I can pick and choose the columns I like, but I can now only see four! CAMPAIGNS...Lost between CRM CAMPAIGNS and the CAMPAIGNS MODULE
Any help much appreciated..or a link to relevant instructions... Getting fconused about Campaigns. I can work out how to add recipients to the CRM, CAMPAIGNS and happy. I then want to create an Email campaign using the templates from different Zoho mudule "CAMPAIGNS". My problem is that I cant work out how to migrate my ZOHO CRM, CAMPAIGN, recipients list to the CAMPAIGN module. Click Count Looks Artificially High
I sent an email a couple of days ago with a link to a pdf document hosted on our website. The data is showing that particular link was opened by 194 contacts with 7477 views. I'm questioning the integrity of this data because that seems like a really high click rate for a low number of contacts. There's a handful of contacts that a showing hundreds of clicks, some as high as 977. So I dove in a little further: for example one contact had 659 clicks but was only showing 3 opens. Trying to delete contacts from the system, but doesn't seem to work
Hi, We're trying to delete selected contacts from Campaigns. Here is how we tried it: On "CRM list", create a segment with the criteria that should identify contacts to delete Export that segment Create a "to delete" list Import that segment to the "to delete" list Delete the "to delete" list, leaving the "delete contacts from Campaigns" box checked. After doing this, it seems that the contacts are still in the Campaigns contact list. What are we doing wrong? Thanks, Charlene
Unsubscriber still receiving emails
Hi, I was recently contacted by somebody telling me that he's tried to unsubscribe from our campaign multiple times, but he still keeps receiving the emails. Could anyone please help with this? His email address is showing on the "Unsubscribed" list, so I'm not sure why this could be. Thanks.

I understand hard bounce and soft bounce in campaign reports, but what are Auto Reply, have these not been recorded as hard of soft bounces, are they essentially undeliverable emails or do they also include holiday messages and the like? Elling

Zoho Campaigns Sync Restrictions - Is there a better way.
We are somewhat new using Zoho Campaigns and find the Syn Restrictions are holding us back. We have added some new contact lists to Zoho CRM and would like to sync them to send emails under Zoho Campaigns. The problem is that we have more than 5 syncs and need more than 15 per month. Is the idea to sync your entire CRM Leads list to Campaigns and the segment all Leads in Campaigns? Same for Contacts? I read that someone else was importing his lists into Campaigns only and then syncing active Campaign

i have zoho crm and zoho campaign. I generated a new ZSC Key in crm, so the sync in campaigns does not works. how can i change the key in campaigna? This message comes from zoho campaigns. "Your ZSC key is no longer valid. Change your ZSC key for the already configured CRM account. " Where can i chage the key? I genereated a new key in CRM, but it doesnt works. Help!!!
