• getRecords - Account Owner retrieving Last Name only

    CRM / getRecords In the Account Owner field I am getting just the last name.  This field actually holds the first and last name.      So "Bob Smith" is being retrieved as: <fieldlabel value="Account Owner"><![CDATA[Smith]]></fieldlabel> Thanks for you help, David

    I would imagine your working on this as Google Docs and Zoho Docs is everywhere in the Zoho universe, but it would be nice to have the option to add from Google docs and Zoho Docs when adding attachments to CRM records (Contacts, Potentials, Cases, etc.) Thanks, Jamie Reilly

    I searched but didn't really see a topic on this. I am looking for a way to merge fields in a link. For example <a href="http://www.zoho.com /?key=${Contacts.Merged Field}">www.zoho.com</a> when saved will turn into <a href="http://www.zoho.com/?key=[$%7BContacts.Merged%20Field%7D]">www.zoho.com</a> and it won't work.

    Hi, I have this case: I create a potencial From this potencial I create a new quote New quote is edited and sent by mail (button send mail) Mail sent appears in Emails section for Quote, but not for Potencial If I convert the quote in an invoice the history repeats, emails are storage just for new invoice, but not for entire potencial.     Hi all,  We are having a bit of an issue with the add contact function of the account details page. Upon adding a contact and clicking save, the page navigates back to the account details and scrolls to a red arrow. the problem is that the red arrow points towards a still-empty box where the contact should be!   • Email templates not accessible for all accounts

    Hi, I create several templates folders and email templates according our needs. I checked and both of them are fully accessible for all accounts. However, one of the accounts can not see the templates, only can see the folders (but they remains empty). Even I tried to create a template with the affected account but the issue persist.     Hello, I'm becoming a big fan of Zoho's awesome integration and have been spreading good words throughout the tech blogs. Anyways, I've tried setting up a client on Zoho CRM about a year ago and it wasn't successful. The learning curve was difficult for client and we moved onto a simpler solution such as Highrise and Batchbook. I've gone that route myself, and have recommended others do the same. Does Zoho have any plans to add features to the Contacts app, or create something that's very similar

  • Zoho CRM Mail Add-on configuration with Federate login from Google Apps problem

     I created user in Zoho CRM User got invitation by email and clicked on the link inside invitation, then he did first login in with his Google Apps Account instead of creating password and Zoho login name. Zoho CRM allowed user to login to Zoho CRM with his Google Apps account. But I have to configure Zoho CRM Mail Add-On and it asks me the password for Zoho Mail (user does not input any Zoho Mail password because he logged in first with the federate login from Google Apps).   • Alerts for Account Owner only

    I am looking for a way to create an event or alert that can be assigned based on the owner of the account being updated. Example:   Status = Step 1        (want the account owner to get new event/alert to follow up)                  Status = Step 2        (want the account owner to get new event/alert to send catalog) I have only been able to assign a single user or an entire role.  In my case the data is user sensitive to the account owner. Anyone have any suggestions?

     PLEASE make the task reminder field smarter.     Hi, I'm trying to use the CRM functionality, which looks awesome, but when I wet up the pop mailbox in Zoho, it doesn't import mail before the date I set it up, which means I have no record of historic correspondence to make available to the CRM tool. This makes it no use to me. What can I do?

If I wanted to export say my contacts including all the information related to that contact such as invoices, sales orders,notes and most importantly attachments. How would I achieve that?   • Publishing Filtered Zoho CRM sheets

    First, I'm really liking Zoho CRM, but I'm having a lot of trouble trying to figure out a way to embed filtered results from the Leads module. I can make it into sheet, but the sheet has no "embed" option. Maybe I'm just going blind, but the Sheet only has the top toolbar with the "Save" and "Paintbucket" and a bottom bar with the "new sheet" option. How do I embed these CRM sheets, and will they keep updating based on this filter rules as new leads come in? I attached a screenshot of my Zoho sheet
