【Zoho CRM】リッチテキスト形式の項目を作成できるようになりました。（複数行項目）

こんにちは！
本投稿では、サポートチームが作成した「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からピックアップして紹介します。

*当アップデートは、日本及び一部のデータセンター（AU, CA,CN,EU）のエンタープライズ以上のプランをお使いの組織に適用されています。(2024年2月8日現在)

◼︎ リッチテキスト形式の複数行項目の作成
カスタム項目の作成において、複数行項目にリッチテキストのオプションが導入されました。このアップデートにより、太字/斜体/下線付きのテキストで強調表示することができたり、色をつけたりと、より汎用性が高く、見やすいデータを管理できます。例えば、以下画像のイメージでご利用いただくことができます。



また、リッチテキスト形式項目の入力画面を拡大できるため、データの閲覧や入力がしやすくなりました。




当項目の追加方法は、カスタム項目の作成と同じ手順で追加いただけます。
・設定画面→"カスタマイズ"の[タブと項目]→項目を作成するタブとレイアウトを選択→"新しい項目"から複数行を選択→オプションの編集・種類から"書式ありテキスト"を選択
