【Zoho CRM】インポート機能のアップデート:既存データへのタグ追加が可能に!

今回はZoho CRM アップデート情報」の中のインポート機能のアップデートをご紹介します。

Zoho CRMのタグは、データを効率的に分類、認識するためのラベルです。

タグ付けは次の3つの方法で行えます:

  1. 個別タグ付け:少数のデータを手動でタグ付け

  2. 自動化:特定のタイミングで繰り返しタグ付け

  3. 一括更新インポート機能でタグを追加または更新

今回のアップデートでは、インポート時に既存のタグを残したまま、新しいタグの追加、既存タグを置き換えできるようになりました

これにより、これまで以上にデータのタグが管理しやすくなりました。

以下で詳細をご紹介します。



ファイルをインポートして既存データを更新する際、タグの処理方法を次の2つから選べます

  1. 追加する:ファイルのタグを既存のタグに追加し、既存タグは保持されます。

  2. Replace(置換):既存タグをファイルの新しいタグで置き換えます。

 

 

このアップデートにより、手作業でタグを追加する手間が省け、既存タグを誤って消去する心配もなくなります。効率的にタグ管理が行えるようになります。

【画面操作に関する補足】

  1. 画面上部に表示されている任意の「タブ」を選択します。この例では「連絡先」を選択します。※以下キャプチャ1枚目

  2. 画面右上にある青色の枠内のプルダウンメニューを開き、「連絡先をインポート」をクリックします。※以下キャプチャ2枚目

  3. インポートしたいファイルを選択してください。

以上の操作を行うと、本アップデートが適用された画面が表示されます。

 



一方で、以下のキャプチャにある設定画面から「インポート」を押し、任意のファイルをインポートした場合(この手順で操作を進めると、正確には「データ移行」が実行されます)、本アップデートが適用された画面は表示されませんのでご注意ください。
