【Zoho CRM】ポータル機能のアップデート

今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から、ポータル機能のアップデートをご紹介します。

 

ポータル管理の新機能「自動招待」により、Zoho CRMからポータルへの招待を自動化できるようになりました。これまで必要だった、ユーザーごとの手動設定は不要になります。設定した条件に基づいて、対象ユーザーに自動で招待が送信されます。

ポータルの新機能  

  1. 条件に基づく自動招待:指定した条件を満たすユーザーに、自動で招待を送信
  2. 招待設定:招待メールの言語を選択し、言語ごとに条件を設定可能
  3. 失敗した招待の確認:詳細ログで、送信に失敗した招待を確認可能


概要:条件に基づくユーザーの自動招待  機能について

Zoho CRMでは、ポータル招待を自動送信するための条件を設定できるようになりました。データの作成時または更新時に条件を満たすと、指定したユーザーグループから、該当する連絡先へ自動的に招待が送信されます。



単一言語招待

ポータル設定時に日本語を選択して条件を設定すれば、日本人顧客向けかつ、条件を満たした顧客に自動でポータルへの招待メールが送信されます。




複数言語での招待  

事業をグローバル展開した場合、各国の顧客に母国語で自動招待を送ることが可能です。「複数の言語」を選択し、言語ごとに条件を設定すれば、条件に合致した顧客に適切な言語で招待が自動送信されます。


共通条件    

複数言語設定では、共通の前提条件を先に定義できます。設定された条件を満たしたユーザーのみ、ポータルへのアクセスが提供されます。


自動招待に失敗した招待の確認

失敗した招待を追跡できます。データ名、メールアドレス、失敗日時、理由などの詳細情報を確認でき、問題の迅速な特定と修正が可能です。

※添付の画像では失敗した招待の履歴は空ですが、確認方法としてご紹介しています。
