【Zoho CRM】モバイルアプリに関するアップデートのお知らせ

こんにちは！コミュニティチームの鳥越です。連休はいかが過ごされましたか？
さて今回は、「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から以下を紹介します。


Zoho CRM モバイルアプリを利用すると、アプリ上からCRMのデータ にアクセスでき、営業の外出時など手元にPCがない場合でも簡単に顧客情報や商談情報を確認、登録できます。当アプリにおいて、この度以下のアップデートがありました。

アップデート内容

1. 見込み客タブでの取引先提案（iOS用モバイルアプリ）
2. カスタムタブの表示上限拡大（Android ・ iOS用モバイルアプリ）
　*エンタープライズ、アルティメットプラン対象
3.アプリ内の言語設定（ Android用モバイルアプリ）
4. データURLの共有（Android用モバイルアプリ）

上記アップデートより、以下の２点を抜粋して紹介します。

1.見込み客タブでの取引先提案
見込み客データを作成する際の会社名入力において、　入力内容をもとに既に登録された取引先から候補を表示し、関連付けることができます。これにより、データ入力の手間を省けるだけでなく、見込み客と取引先のデータをより正確に関連付けることができます。


*今回のアップデートで、Androidに加えiOS用モバイルアプリでも利用可能になりました。

4.データURLの共有
例えばチーム間である顧客情報を共有したい場合、アプリ上から該当データのURLを表示し、メールやチャットツールですぐに相手に共有できます。

*今回のアップデートで、iOSに加えAndroid用モバイルアプリでも利用可能になりました。

今回のアップデートの他にも、現在地から近い顧客を探す機能など、Zoho CRM モバイルアプリ専用の機能もあります。詳細は以下をご参照ください。
