■ Zoho CPQ機能とは？

 

Zoho CPQは、Zoho CRM 内の見積書作成業務に自動処理を取り入れる機能です。ビジネスニーズに基づき、見積書における見積商品を商品構成や価格ルールを設定して自動化することができます。これにより、営業担当者は見積書の作成を迅速に行うことができます。

 

Zoho CPQ機能の基本情報については、以下をご確認ください。

今回、Zoho CPQ機能に以下のアップデートがありました。

  • 商品設定と価格ルールの 「フィルターと検索」UIの強化
  • 基準商品購入時の無料付属商品追加
  • 動的な付属商品の数量更新

本日は、この中から二つのアップデートをピックアップして、当方で実際に確認したUIを掲載いたします。


■ 商品設定と価格ルールの「フィルターと検索」UIの強化

 

今回のアップデートにより、商品設定と価格ルールの両方で詳細フィルターを利用した商品データの絞り込みを行えるようになりました。これにより、商品名、データの担当者、価格、その他のさまざまな項目に基づいて商品を検索できます。



■ 基準商品購入時の無料商品追加

 

今回のアップデートで、商品設定に無料の商品を追加するオプションが導入されました。商品設定で付属商品を追加する際に、「この商品を無料に設定する」というチェックボックスを有効にすることで、無料の商品を追加できます。

 

1. 設定 > Zoho CPQ > 商品設定の順に移動し、「商品設定を作成」をクリックします。

2. 商品設定の作成画面で設定名や詳細情報などを入力します。

3. 処理を設定する画面で「付属商品を追加」 を選択します。


4. 「この商品を無料に設定する」を選択し、「値を「0」または「無料」に設定する項目を選択してください」を設定します。

5. 「完了する」をクリックします。
