A lot of work to do, but...
We currently use gotoassist, but are looking for a new tool for three main reasons:
1) UAC locks screen so user must interact (and be seated at their computer) :(
2) Costs
3) Access to Safe Mode with Networking
Zoho Meeting looks promising, but while there are many problems with it still, there is one that must be overcome to make it a viable alternative to things like WebEx:
- We need be able to restart the remote computer and not only be automatically reconnected so we may enter the username and password in the login screen, but we also need to be able to start the remote computer in safe mode with networking. WebEx can do this, so I hope Zoho can figure it out also.
