Add magic to your slides - Zoho Show.

Are you a teacher, a marketer, or a public speaker wanting to explain complex concepts, sales ideas and guest speeches, but wondering how to turn your presentation into an engaging and motivational one?

Then we have something to say! 90% of any information transmitted to the human brain is visual. Also, people remember only 80% of what they see and the remaining 20% of what they read.

Transform those dull and boring classroom syllabuses, marketing stats and guest talks into a fun activity by adding a variety of special effects using "Animations". Animations will make your text, picture, shape, or other objects in the slide to emerge like a meteor, spin like a ball, or even fade like a star. These effects applied sensibly and aptly will bring an overwhelming response from your audience.

This is an example of how animations can be used to showcase a marketing concept in a presentation. Similarly, you can bring life to all your classroom, organization, and conference halls presentations using amazing effects.

Following are the highlights of Zoho Show's animation feature:

Bunch of stunning effects.
Choose and decide what type of animation effect suits the best for your slide object. There are basically three types of animation effects:
1. Entrance effect: These control how you want your object to enter the slide.
2. Emphasis effect: These animations draw special attention and importance to specific objects present on the slide.
3. Exit effect: These control how the object exits or leaves the slide.
Further, you can apply multiple effects to the same object and even replace/modify them with a different one anytime you wish.

Freedom to customize and play.
Once you add the effect to your object, you can customize them further to make it work the way you want by using:
1. Start - Choose how you want to start the animation on your slide. Usually, effects appear upon a mouse-click but you can also make them start simultaneously with the previous effect or after the previous effect.
2. Duration - Decide the speed of the animation effect to indicate how long you want the effect to play on the slide.
3. Delay - Set delay between each animation effect to explain key points while you present.
Timed animations work better for demos and sales presentations that run continuously at trade shows and sales conferences.

Animate text and even attached shape.
Add life to your text on the slide with Animate text option and sequence them by first level paragraphs (or bullets) or sub-level paragraphs (or bullets), which can then be categorized by words or letters. You can also animate the text contained within a shape and make your slides look fancier.

Right to rearrange effects.
If there are a number of animation effects, then each effect will appear on the slide in the order you applied them right from the beginning. But, in case, you want to bring any of the effects forward or backward in the list then rearrange the animation sequence in the order you want on the Animation pane window.

Finally , done animating objects and customizing them? Then, why to wait until it shows up during the slideshow. Quickly preview them to see what the effect does and how it appears on the slide either from the beginning or the current slide of your presentation.

Enjoy playing with our collection of animations on Zoho Show and make your presentations more engaging and entertaining. Do share with us your ideas, suggestions, or comments, if any.
