i have the following problem: i want to create an analysis for each employe, that shows his "working hours" for a month and his "planned hours" (the hours he should work per month). Problem here: each employe has not 100% work time but some have 50%, some 80% or 90%. Each month has also different "100% hours", like January 170 hours, february 160 hours etc.
So i created in "zoho creator" an app who has just two tables. One table has for each year and each month the number of offical hours to work. the other table has for each employee his individual working %.
So what would be the best way to combine this?
I managed to create an analysis of each employee and his hours for a month, but even here i dont know how to summerize this (see screenshot).
I have one guy in our company that is already doing some programming in zoho creator, so he is familar with the scripting language of zoho, but we both are stucked in finding the right direction into this adventure :-))
