Audio quality on recorded webinar not very good
Hi there....I recently ran my first webinar through ZM. there were two issues:
-the video did not actually start recording until 2 minutes after I clicked on the start recording button
-and once the video did kick in, the quality of the audio was not very good. I have a professional microphone, and locally, the audio sounds great when I record, but the quality in the Zoho Meetings recording was not good enough that I will have to use another webinar platform for future meeting, sadly.
Any idea why the audio sounds compressed in the recording, but totally fine when I record locally?
