Bug Report and Suggestions for Improvement in Zoho Applications

Hi Zoho Team,

I’d like to report a few bugs and improvement suggestions I’ve noticed while using Zoho products:

  1. Zoho Cliq Video Call:
    The camera sometimes turns off automatically during video calls. This seems to be a bug — please check and fix it.

  2. Zoho Billing – Password Masking:
    The password field in Zoho Billing is not masked. Please enable password masking for better security.

  3. Zoho Billing – Hidden Field in Hosted Form:
    Hidden fields in Zoho Billing hosted forms cannot be sent or received on the thank-you page. This appears to be a bug — kindly investigate.

  4. Zoho Billing – Field Validation:
    When only a few fields such as First Name, Last Name, etc., are provided, proper validation should still be applied.

  5. Zoho Billing – Password Confirmation:
    Both “Password” and “Confirm Password” fields should be available for better user experience and validation accuracy.

I hope your team can look into these issues and fix them soon.
Also, since these were found through careful testing, I’d appreciate if you could consider a small acknowledgment or award for reporting these bugs
