    From the list of matching Candidates/Job Openings listed by Zia, simply click the Refine Match button to access the refinement options.

  2. Define Criteria
    Enter the desired keywords, skills, work experience, location preferences, and job category to narrow down the matches according to your requirements.
  3. Execute Refined Search
    Click Search to perform the refined candidate/Job matching, and Zoho Recruit will instantly display the most suitable candidates based on your criteria.

  4. Associate Candidates
    With the refined list of matches, you can quickly and easily associate the most qualified candidates with the respective job openings.
