Some time ago we connected one of our brands (Altana) from Zsocial to ZCRM and the facebook leads of forms fall directly to zcrm without problem. When we wanted to implement it in the rest of the other brands, in one of them the information passes to us but incomplete and in others it simply does not pass to zcrm. The connections and mapping is the same as in the Altana brand that if it works well, could you help me? I have already tried several options and I have not been able to solve it
