How to set a fixed width of column/cells

How to set a fixed width of column/cells

Is there a way to set a 'fixed' width for cells in zoho sheet?
 
I know how to adjust the size of the colums.... but after I past a large block of text into a cell, it expands the cell size again. (yes, I have turned off word wrap)
 
How can I set a fixed width so the cells don't change size each time I add data to a cell?
