Introducing Social eWidget for Zoho Mail, cross-brand posting and other enhancements in Zoho Social

We've come up with some new updates for Zoho Social and can't wait for you to try them out. Let's take a look at what we're rolled out.

Zoho Social eWidget for Zoho Mail 

If you've received an email from a contact or prospect, you can now view their social media information right from Zoho Mail using the Zoho Social eWidget. The eWidget lets you monitor and associate your contacts with their Twitter profiles, so you can view all interactions, messages, and @mentions received on Twitter for your brand. This makes it easier to track the social interactions that you've had with the contact from a single place, in turn shaping your further communications. 

You can view in-depth analytics for your connected social media channels under the Reports module. These reports are available as a summary for 15 days if you are on Standard plan, for any specified date range within the last three months if you are on a Professional plan, or an entire year if you're on Premium, Agency, or Agency Plus plans. The data can be made visible based on filters such as date, week, month, or quarter and grouped for each brand. 


Cross-brand posting

You've already been able to post across multiple networks, but now cross-brand posting lets you post across all your brands and to multiple social networks at the same time. This enables easy and quick publishing so you can reach your entire audience in less time. Managing all your brands' publishing needs has never been easier!
