Is it really true that I can't set the default 'deposit to' account in 2025?
I've been using Books for 7 years and the default account has never been a problem. I usually manually reconcile invoices and have never had a thought about which account. It has always been my account.
However, I recently noticed that for the past 4 months or so, the system has defaulted to Petty Cash. I had to go through each transaction and changed this, which was annoying. But even more frustrating is that it does seem possible to change the default deposit to account, nor does the system automatically save the last choice I made, which would have been an ok solution for now.
Am I missing something or has Zoho not implemented such a basic setting? I was about to write 'feature', but it isn't a feature...it's an essential part of a functioning accounting system. Please tell me I've missed something...please.
