Issues with Campaign Results Sync Between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with the integration between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM. When I send campaigns from Zoho Campaigns, the results shown in Campaigns (such as the number of emails sent, opened, and clicked) do not exactly match the data reflected in Zoho CRM.

For example, the total number of leads linked seems to match, but when filtering by specific metrics like “Opened” or “Clicked,” the numbers don’t align between the two platforms.

I have confirmed that the campaign is synced in CRM and that the contacts are linked, but discrepancies in the data still persist.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows how to ensure that Zoho Campaigns data is accurately and consistently reflected in Zoho CRM?
