Associate Emails with records in Zoho Recruit 



You can now seamlessly associate emails from candidates or contacts with their respective records in Zoho Recruit. This functionality provides a quick and efficient way to link communication history with specific candidates or contacts. No more juggling between Outlook and Zoho Recruit – everything you need is right at your fingertips.
Use Case
Imagine you receive an important email from a potential candidate containing information pertinent to your recruitment process. With the new update, you can effortlessly associate this email with the candidate's record in Zoho Recruit. This ensures that all relevant communication is centralized, making it easy to refer to in the future and enhancing collaboration within your team.

Add Email Attachments to Records



Another powerful feature introduced in this update is the ability to add email attachments directly to records in Zoho Recruit. Recruiters can select attachments sent with an email and categorize them for easy reference. This eliminates the need to download attachments separately and upload them to the candidate or contact record.
Use Case
Consider a scenario where a candidate sends their updated resume, cover letter or a certificate as an email attachment. Instead of saving the attachment locally and then uploading it to Zoho Recruit, you can now directly add the attachment to the candidate's record from Outlook.
