My Zoho Story」では、Zoho の活用により自社ビジネスを成長させてきた軌跡を、さまざまな業界のユーザーにお聞きします。その経験や知見を、Zoho 活用の幅を広げる参考にしていただきたいと考えています。

 

今回ご登場いただくTechGardenSchool / Club86 School&Company 代表の高橋与志さんは、中高年向けプログラミングスクールを展開しています。

高橋さんと同社がどのようにZoho を活用し進化してきたのか、そのストーリーを聞きました。

 

 

――貴社の事業内容についてご説明ください

 パソコン教室  、プログラミングスクール  、中高年専門起業塾  の3つの要素が1つになった、セカンドキャリアを意識した中高年のための「在宅で稼ぐ!」ITスクールです。  

 

 

――Zoho の利用歴を教えてください

約2年になります。

 

 

――Zoho を導入したきっかけ / 背景を教えてください

エクセルで顧客周りを全て管理していたのですが、顧客の増加に伴う負荷が高くなり、あらゆる業務を自動化したいと感じたことがツール導入検討の背景です。その後、他社サービス(Salesforce / HubSpot)との比較検討を行い、コストパフォーマンスに優れたZoho に決めました。



――Zoho One の中で、どのサービスを利用されているかを教えてください

CRM / Campaigns / Desk / SalesIQ / Projects / Analytics /  Forms / Bookings / Books /  Sign / Survey を使っています。ちなみにZoho 以外のサービスについては、Stripe(Books と連携)とZapierを利用中です。
今後ZapierからZoho Flow に移行することも視野に入れたいと思っています。

 

 

――上記サービスを貴社のビジネスプロセスにどのように取り入れていますか

 

主に案件の獲得〜商談・申し込み管理に利用しています。

――サービス導入後から定着までの間で、意識されたことはありますか

自分でZoho から直接購入し、導入後は、自社のスタッフに専任者を置いた方がコスト的に良いと考え、専任スタッフ一人をアサインしZoho サービスを学習してもらっています。
その後、サービス利用を拡大していく中で壁に当たることが多く、外部の個人コンサルを雇い、現在はその方の力を借りながら活用しています。

 

――ご自身のZoho への思いや、今後チャレンジしてみたいことを教えてください

いちZoho ファンとしてZoho に可能性を感じています。国内の認知度について、今後さらに高まってくることを期待しています。

また、ユーザー交流会での登壇についてもチャレンジしてみたいと思います。

 

 

今後も「My Zoho Story」を通じて、あらゆる業界のZoho 活用方法について発信していきます。
