New Features in Zoho Social- July 2015

Hello,

We are happy to announce ​the following new features for Zoho Social: 

1. Option to schedule periodic email digest from Custom Reports:




 






 The scheduled reports can be sent to team members. It's helpful for teams keeping a track of daily stats, to see how their posts are performing over a period of time. You can ​change the frequency in the scheduled reports list and add the sender names in the ​"who should receive this report?" section.

 2. Option to Email/Export individual Post's Insights:



 

 


 Published post stats can be emailed to any email ​address as a pdf or png report. Gives you a ​complete picture of your published post's performance. ​This helps you to discuss ​a post with your team members, or client, in case you're an agency. 

3. Facebook inline replies:

 

Now you can post inline replies from your ​Brand in Facebook.​ This will help in engaging in threaded conversations with your audience by a direct reply instead of tagging them in generic replies. So now, instead of the old fashioned chronological way, you can talk to your audience in the order of engagement. 

4. "Who posted?" info in Message Conversations:

 

 

Now you can see which team member responded to the customer query using this feature.​ This is bound to improve your audience's overall customer experience by several notches.
