We are planning on running a migration aimed at amplifying our scalability and refining our overall system performance. This maintenance has been planned during non-business hours, so Zoho Assist will continue to be operational.

We don’t expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using Zoho Assist during this maintenance. You might face some momentary delays with session creation but this should not affect the session performance during this maintenance duration. We’ll keep you informed with updates in this post once the maintenance is complete.
