Radar has always given you the most critical parts of your help desk, wherever you are. And it's always done it the same way: fast, and built for the kind of decisions that can't wait.
This update brings more of Zoho Desk into that experience. Contacts, accounts, custom data, audit trails. The information managers reach for most, now as quick to pull up as anything else in Radar.
Here's what's new.
Contacts, Accounts, and Activities are now available as main cards in Radar. Browse records, switch between views, apply filters, and view activity details such as calls, tasks, and events, all from within the app.
A ticket tells you what someone needs. The contact behind it, the account they belong to, the history of everything before this ticket landed in your queue, that's what tells you how to handle it well. That context is now available in Radar.

Your team's custom modules in Zoho Desk are now accessible in Radar, too. Whether you use them to track assets, contracts, subscriptions, or something built entirely around how your team works, they travel with you now.
Your custom modules contain information specific to your business. Your agents now have that information on hand while they work a ticket, without having to return to the desktop to look it up.
Open the Radar Store, look for your custom modules, and add them in.
Admins can now view the Audit Log directly in Radar. See who did what and when, across workflows, agents, departments, contacts, accounts, and custom modules, filtered by date or action type.
When something changes in your help desk setup, you will know exactly what changed, who made the change, and when. Straight from Radar.
Look for Audit Log in the Radar menu to get started.
Your phone is already where you manage your day. We hope these updates make Radar a bigger part of that.
There's more coming, so do watch this space!
