Reinstalling Workdrive Truesync client

Hi, I attempted to update to the beta version of TrueSync, but it was unstable and kept crashing, so I need to revert to the stable version.

How do I properly reinstall TrueSync on a Windows PC? I couldn't install the 3.15.x version directly over the top, as it said I already had a newer version, so I've uninstalled the beta.

I've reinstalled the stable version and signed in, and now it's asking me to choose Selective Sync or to Start Sync. Will it automatically find the existing data cache and rebuild based on what's on the machine already? Or do I need to re-download and re-sync everything?

I'm confident the existing data is still on the machine because my disk space available hasn't changed. Ideally, I can reconnect to this data store; if that isn't how it works and data will all be re-downloaded to a new location, then please explain the process of deleting the previous data store.
