I like that Cliq offers a screen share option, but I think you need to offer screen share that does not require audio/video.  We have users that use desktop computers without any mic or camera and are unable to use the screen share option.  

Also, another nice-to-have feature would be the ability to control someone's PC through the screen share feature (similar to Zoho Assist).
