こんにちは！弊社サポートチームの情報をもとに、Zoho CRM のアップデート情報を紹介します。
今回は、キーボードショートカット機能について取り上げます。

■ どのようなことができるの？
Zoho CRM における操作において、今までマウスで行っていたさまざまな設定やデータへの移動を、ショートカット機能を利用し効率的に行うことができます。
例：タブの切り替え、データの選択、特定の機能への移動する際など
 
以下動画にて、ショートカット機能の設定および「商談中の顧客へメールを送る」という一連の操作を、ショートカット機能を利用しながら行ってみました。


 
 
実際に利用した所感としては、
ショートカットの操作に慣れればCRM における業務をより素早く簡単に操作でき、日々の業務が少し楽になるような気がします......！
 
 
■ 設定手順・注意点
 
・キーボードショートカット機能は「設定 > "一般"の個人設定 > キーボードショートカット」より設定・確認できます。
・デフォルトでは、キーボードショートカット機能は無効です。
・一般的な操作のショートカット群は標準で用意されていますが、好みや運用に合わせて一部カスタマイズが可能です。
・「チャットボックスの表示/非表示」と 「通知を開く 」ショートカットは、CRM PlusとZoho OneプランのCRMではサポートされていません。
