The Urgent Need for Native Brazilian Payment Integrations: PIX and Direct Bank Connections

Hello Zoho Team,

I am writing to emphasize a critical functionality gap for Zoho Books in the Brazilian market: the lack of modern, native payment gateway integrations.

The current options are insufficient. The Mercado Pago integration, for instance, is outdated and lacks support for what are now Brazilians' primary payment methods: PIX (our instant payment system) and "Boletos" (a ubiquitous payment slip). This deficiency forces businesses to operate outside the Zoho ecosystem, creating friction, manual work, and undermining the value of an integrated platform.

To be a truly competitive solution in Brazil, Zoho Books must natively support our financial reality.

While integrating with established payment gateways would be a significant step forward—and I recommend looking into these well-documented platforms:

...the most strategic and impactful move would be to prioritize direct integrations with Brazil's leading digital banks.

Specifically, we are talking about Inter and C6 Bank. These are no longer niche players; they are the primary financial hubs for a massive portion of your target SMB market in Brazil. For these companies, a direct connection to their bank for generating Boletos, PIX QR codes, and enabling seamless reconciliation is not just a "powerful feature"—it is quickly becoming a baseline expectation.

This is not a hypothetical request; their developer portals are public and ready for integration today:

Prioritizing these integrations is crucial for Zoho Books' growth and customer retention in Brazil. We are asking for the tools we need to run our businesses efficiently within your platform.

We look forward to a substantive update on your roadmap for this.

Thank you.
