  • Zoho Cliq - October & November 2020 Update Roundup

    • We have covered most of these, but in case you missed some, here is a list of all the major updates to Cliq over the last two months.

  • Zia Recommendation Updates

    • Zia recommendation has added 3 new updates. It can now provide recommendations to Zoho CRM Portal users, you can also not rename the types of recommendations, and (be careful with this one), you can fire off a Workflow based on a Zia recommendation.

  • You Can Now Send SMS notifications in Zoho Subscriptions via Twilio

    • Like the title says, you can now send SMS notifications to your customer’s Zoho Subscriptions using a Twilio integration. Prior to this integration, in order to send SMS reminders, you had to connect with an SMS provider using either webhooks or connectors like Zoho Flow or Zapier.

  • Zoho Recruit Adds A Chatbot (And it is not a SalesIQ Powered ZoBot)

    • Well, this is interesting.  Zoho Recruit now has its own "Zia" powered chatbot, and it's own chatbot builder. We are pretty sure this is the first chatbot from Zoho that isn't powered by a Zoho SalesIQ ZoBot builder.

  • Zoho Meeting Bug Fixes and Enhancements

Implementation of the Week

  • Zoho CRM-Survey Net Promoter Score (NPS) Reporting via Zoho Analytics

    • NPS Surveys sent to CRM Contacts via Zoho’s pre-built integration

    • This allows us to prefill Contact/Account information in the Survey

    • CRM and Surveys data synced into shared workspace in Analytics

    • Custom lookups created in Analytics to connect Survey respondents to CRM Contacts

    • NPS values can then be reported on by CRM Account, or any specific information about the Contact (ex: Job Title, Role, Department)

  • DHL Extension For Zoho CRM

    • Determine shipping rates based on your package type in the Sales Orders and Quotes modules in Zoho CRM

    • View shipment costs as separate line items in the Sales Orders and Quotes modules in Zoho CRM

    • Track any shipment by entering your DHL tracking number in the Invoices module in Zoho CRM
