Time-to-fill
Hi,
We need to find a way of monitoring via ZohoRecruit all the delays that are not directly related to recruitment but which have an impact on the time it takes to fill a position. This time to fill an opening is calculated as the difference between a JO target date and date opened. By accurately subtracting these delays from the overall timeline, we can obtain a more accurate measure of the time it takes to fill vacancies. This will enable us to better analyze and optimize our recruitment process.
It would be great if we can get some suggestion from Community and also ZohoRecruit explanation on how they are calculating this on ZR dashboard.
