Como parte de nuestro Tips & Tricks semanal de Zoho CRM, os ofrecemos un nuevo consejo relacionado con la personalización de módulos: cómo asociar varias cuentas a un contacto, y viceversa.

Pongámonos en situación: queremos concertar una visita con una cuenta en la que tenemos mucho interés. Al rellenar los datos de la actividad, sólo necesitamos escribir el nombre de la cuenta para que aparezcan los contactos que trabajan en esa empresa. A continuación, procedemos a preparar un trato para uno de nuestros contactos. Lo especial de este es que trabaja en la empresa que aparece en el CRM, pero también tiene un negocio por su propia cuenta. Y sólo aparece una de las dos por defecto. ¿Cómo hacer para que puedas visualizar y decidir entre ambas?

Tip #9: Asociación múltiple de registros en Zoho CRM

Ambas situaciones representadas son del tipo de asociación many-to-many. Este tipo de asociación permite que varios registros de un módulo (en este caso, Contactos) se asocien con varios registros de otro módulo (Cuentas). De manera sencilla, que al acceder a una cuenta - llamémosla Ejemplo A - muestre varios contactos asociados a ella, o que al acceder al contacto ficticio Fernando Martínez, veamos las cuentas en las que trabaja. Para conseguir este tipo de asociación, hacemos uso del tipo de campo llamado Búsqueda de Selección Múltiple, un campo que nos permite seleccionar de entre varios registros de otro módulo. Para poder incorporar este campo:

  1. Accede a Configuración > Personalización > Módulos y Campos.
  2. Haz clic para editar el módulo Contactos > selecciona el Diseño a editar. En este caso, seleccionamos el módulo Contactos y no Cuentas ya que este último muestra varios contactos por defecto.
  3. Selecciona el tipo de campo Búsqueda de Selección Múltiple y arrastra a la posición en la que quieras que esté.



  4. Rellena las propiedades del campo
    1. escribe el nombre de campo
    2. selecciona el módulo al que quieras asociar a los contactos (en este caso Cuentas)
    3. escribe el nombre de etiqueta que aparecerá en el módulo asociado (en este caso Contactos asociados)
    4. ​en caso de que quieras tener un módulo vinculando todos los registros asociados, marca la casilla y da nombre a dicho módulo.



De esta manera, cuando volvamos a realizar una acción para nuestro contacto Fernando Martínez, podremos ver ambas empresas en las que trabaja - Ejemplo A y Consultores Martínez.
