Tip of the week #3: Add events to calendar by entering a simple phrase.
Amidst a busy day, we create and add events or meeting schedules to our calendar on the go. We don't need to provide all the details of the event every time. Sometimes we would even love it if the calendar itself adds an event to your schedule when you type in a phrase.
Zoho Calendar has the feature that you would love to have in any calendar. Yes! the Smart Add option will help you add an event to the calendar on the go.
The Smart Add option helps you to add an event to the calendar just by typing in a phrase like "Marketing discussion at 2 PM today". An event will be created and added to your calendar for 2 PM on the same day.
Steps to Smart Add an event
- Log in to Zoho Calendar.
- Click on the "+" icon on the top left side of the calendar.
Fill in the event details in the Smart Add popup box.
- Choose the calendar to which the event should be added by clicking the calendars dropdown icon.
- Click enter or the Add button.
- Your event will be added to the chosen calendar.
