Tip of the week #30: Share calendars publicly in Zoho Calendar.

In Zoho Calendar, calendars that are created under My Calendars can be shared publicly. Making your calendar public allows others to view it. When you need to share your calendar with a larger group, public sharing can help.

You can restrict others from accessing your calendar information to View only Free/ Busy information or View event details. Others cannot make changes or edit events in a public calendar.

The iCal or HTML URL can be used to share your calendars publicly. You can choose to share your calendars via email. The recipients can subscribe to the calendars using the shared link. You can also choose to embed your calendars in a public website using the HTML code.
