What's New in Zoho POS - January 2026

Welcome to Zoho POS’s monthly updates, where we share our latest feature updates, enhancements, events, and more. Let’s take a look at how January went.

Sort and resolve conflicts

Conflicts are issues that may arise when registers and the web application are not in sync. In the newly revamped Conflicts module, issues are categorized based on their type (Out of stock, Deleted customer, etc.) to help you find and resolve issues seamlessly. We also introduced a sorting option that allows you to filter transactions using various metrics such as name, date, number, and more.


New and enhanced Settings module

We enhanced the s module with a new look that groups menu/preferences under relevant modules. As part of this enhancement, we have also introduced a search option to help you effortlessly find modules using relevant keywords.


Offers and discounts on items and transactions – Beta

We introduced a new configuration that allows you to apply discounts and offers simultaneously at both the line-item level and the total-transaction level.

For example, imagine you run a clearance sale offering a 10% discount on every garment and 1,000 off for bills exceeding 5,000. In this scenario, when the total transaction value exceeds 5,000, you can apply a 10% discount at the item level and 1,000 off the total bill.

You can enable this configuration under Settings → General → Do you give discount?, and select Apply both discount.


Enhanced register section for better visibility and control – Beta

We introduced a Register Overview section to help you better monitor and manage your registers with improved visibility into app versions, sync status, and device compliance. You can also use new filters, view detailed register information, track sync and user activity, and identify outdated hardware or software. These updates make it easier for you to spot issues and take action through incremental or full syncs.
