In the United Kingdom we have calculations in GBP which has figures to 2 decimal points.  When using either the basic salary or using the CTC with benefits etc.  It will block any upload or entry which is not a round number!  

I have advised Zoho One and Zoho People, and received this blanket, template response.

Why, why why wasn't it designed with this feature.  No other HRIS has this issue and as a consultant I know the market very well, my company uses on average 8 or 9 different softwares on a daily basis for our clients.  

Now I am in a position of the entire HRIS will be rejected on this ONE, very hidden issue.

Has anyone out there got the same or similar issue
Can Zoho People actually give an eta on the fix?  

I know UK market is not high on Zoho's radar, neither is servicing Europe.  But is will effect Asian, Australian and US countries/states.

If we allow the software rules to lead our compensation calculations and that software effectively creates an overspend in the salary budget (I don't care if it is minimal, its not accurate).

Zoho Books is brilliant and accurate to the penny, so maybe the Zoho People developers should get their code and fix this.
