To create a consistent and professional appearance, you'll soon be able to choose your desired color scheme, upload your logo, change the alignment of the content, change button colors, and much more. Google Analytics for portals
We're bringing support for integrating Google Analytics with portals to provide you with valuable insights into the performance and usage of your portal pages (sign-up, login, and reset password pages). This integration with Google Analytics is a great option for tracking the visits and conversions of portal users in your portal.
Leverage Google Analytics' sophisticated reporting and analytical capabilities to gather in-depth information into your portal's usage. Further, Google Analytics' dashboards help you measure and analyze user interactions, and other key performance indicators.
How do you access it?
- For C6: Navigate to Portal > [Required portal] > Settings. Paste the Google Analytics tracking ID in the GA Tracking ID field.
- For C5: Navigate to Application Settings > Customer Portal > Settings. Paste the Google Analytics tracking ID in the GA Tracking ID field.
How do you benefit?
Google Analytics integration with portals will provide you with a wealth of statistics that will help you make informed and data-driven decisions to optimize your portal's performance and provide a better user experience.

Associating your Zoho Analytics account
We've envisioned C6 as a powerful platform that combines the robust capabilities of application development (application solutions by Zoho Creator), business intelligence and analytics (BI & analytics by Zoho Analytics), and integrations (integration flows by Zoho Flow). Some users may have been Zoho Analytics users before hitching a ride on the low-code bandwagon with C6.
Now with low-code and data analytics being all the rage, such users would be in a conundrum on how to link up both their accounts. With them in mind, we've come up with a smoother association between Zoho Analytics accounts and the C6 accounts. With just a couple of clicks, you can seamlessly associate and port the entire data from your Analytics account into C6, and your subscription plans will also be adjusted accordingly.
How do you associate existing accounts?
Navigate to
Solutions > Create Solution and click
Associate an existing account.
How do I benefit?
This association of your Zoho Analytics account with C6 will help you harness the entire range of capabilities of Creator as a platform and open up diverse possibilities for your business.

Enhancing security of public forms
With the aim of improving data privacy and data security, reducing spam, and helping protect against fraudulent or malicious behavior, we've come up with a new tool to detect suspicious activity in public Creator forms.
This tool will detect activity, from within the form builder, based on the values you are giving to the field name and will prevent you from publishing the form. If a form with the suspect field name has already been published then we'll disable the field properties of the particular field.
Note: This new enhancement will affect only the public forms, which implies that the same form will be accessible to the application's users and portal users.
How do I benefit?
This tool will help minimize the risk of data breaches and unauthorized access of private information, and is yet another demonstration of Zoho Creator's industry-leading security and privacy policies.
Applicable for: C5, C6
