We are happy to announce that we have adopted the ASAP SDK for Flutter apps, a highly preferred framework for mobile application development. 



Businesses have realized the critical importance of attracting customers through mobile channels, leading them to prioritize the development of mobile apps. What led us to adopt the ASAP SDK for Flutter?

These two frameworks have gained significant popularity among developers due to their native-like performance capabilities and cross-platform compatibility options, which save money and time.
The ASAP SDK is now available for Flutter. We have already introduced it for the React Native platform.

  • Community: Promote a collaborative environment where end users can engage with each other, share experiences, and provide mutual support.
  • Tickets: Optimize customer support by effectively managing and tracking end-user requests through efficient ticketing systems.
  • Live Chat and Bot (Zia and Guided Conversations): Enable real-time communication with end users through live chat functionality. Plus, leverage the power of intelligent bots, like Zia and GC, to automate responses and enhance user experiences.

Use the ASAP SDK's "Theme Customization" to seamlessly integrate customized theme types with your Flutter application. With this feature, you can easily customize theme colors and align the app's appearance with your brand's identity. Keep UI consistent throughout your app, enhancing user satisfaction and brand recognition.

Keep customers in the know 

Use ASAP SDK's "Push Notifications" feature to ensure your end users stay informed through instant notifications on their mobile devices. Notifications may be dispatched in the following situations:

  • Ticket priority update: Whenever the priority of an end user's ticket changes, trigger a push notification to update them.
  • Ticket status update: Send push notifications to end users when the status of their ticket changes.
  • Agent's reply to a ticket: When an agent responds to an end user's question or request, send a push notification about the response. This ensures quick communication and enhances user satisfaction.
  • Agent's public comment: If an agent leaves a public comment on a ticket relevant to the end user, dispatch a push notification. This keeps the end user informed about any additional information or updates related to their request.
  • Agent's response to Live Chat: During a Live Chat session, send a push notification to the end user as soon as an agent responds to their message.

Extending helping hands to ensure security 

The ASAP SDK prioritizes security and helps you differentiate non-registered users from registered users with the "JWT authentication method."

For non-registered users, limited access is granted, allowing them to submit tickets, view posts, and chat with agents. However, certain actions are restricted, such as viewing submitted tickets and participating in community discussions.

On the other hand, registered users can enjoy enhanced privileges. They can perform all the actions including viewing and tracking their ticket status, responding to and commenting on tickets, and actively participating in the User Community.
To ensure the user's identity, we use the JWT authentication method.
